Vous connaissez Amazon ? C’est un bon début ! Forcément, la firme est à l’apogée de sa conquête du monde et préempte le commerce à l’international. C’est le numéro 1 du e-commerce : rien qu’en France, 1 personne sur 2 se rend au moins une fois par mois sur Amazon.
Aujourd'hui, tout s’y vend. De vos cadeaux de Noël à vos produits d’entretien, il y a fort à parier que vous y trouviez tout ! Mais du tout au n’importe quoi, la frontière est fine. Beaucoup de marques, dont les offres sont pourtant qualitatives, n’arrivent pas à s’y positionner efficacement. C’est là qu’on intervient. Bizon, c’est la première agence spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des marques sur Amazon Europe.

Notre mission : permettre à toute marque, quelle que soit sa taille, qu’elle soit déjà présente sur le segment e-commerce ou non, de vendre ses produits sur Amazon Europe de la manière la plus optimale qui soit.

Notre histoire:
Créée en 2017 par Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon passe de 0 à 70 salariés et 11 millions € de chiffre d'affaires en moins de 5 ans.
En 2022, la start-up est rachetée par Publicis, numéro 3 mondial de la communication.
Bizon, c’est 70 experts Amazon, au sein d’une équipe Publicis de + de 1000 talents, répartis sur 5 sites en France : Paris, Lille, Lyon, Rennes et Montpellier.
Qu’ils construisent la stratégie ou déploient les campagnes de leurs clients, les talents testent, développent et challengent les dernières technologies et participent à faire bouger les lignes du secteur des agences média pour que nos métiers évoluent constamment. Our Story:
Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon has grown to 80 employees and €20 million in revenue. In 2022, the company was acquired by Publicis with the aim of expanding it within its subsidiaries to make it a global leader.
In less than 24 months, Bizon became the fastest-growing agency within Publicis France and opened its first offices in London and Milan.

As the International Business Developer at Bizon, you will be the driving force behind our global growth strategy. Your primary mission will be to spearhead our expansion into new international markets, identifying and seizing high-potential opportunities that align with our business objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can navigate complex international landscapes, build strong relationships, and drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:--> Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Continuously source and identify new prospects by staying ahead of the latest trends and discovering emerging brands.
* Conduct market research to generate leads and identify high-potential brands that align with our growth strategy.

--> Sales and Business Development:
* Lead the entire sales process, from initial outreach and prospecting to closing deals.
* Present tailored solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating Bizon’s value proposition.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and point of contact.

--> Performance & Optimization:
* Set and monitor KPIs related to international sales performance.
* Continuously refine strategies and approaches based on performance data and market feedback.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Profil recherché

Candidate Profile:
* You have a strong background in sales, with the ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
* You are results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* You have substantial experience in international business development, with a track record of successfully entering and growing markets.
* You’re a proactive problem solver who can adapt strategies based on market feedback and emerging opportunities.
* You are a persuasive communicator, capable of leading high-stakes conversations and negotiations.
* You excel at building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* You are fully bilingual in English, with proficiency in other languages being a significant advantage.
