What are you going to do ?
This role involves closely working with client’s internal teams to drive growth and address concerns efficiently:
* Integrate our solution in client infrastructure (on bare-metal or cloud like aws, azure, gcloud) during different phase of the sales process (POC / Test / Production)
* Troubleshoot the system and encountered problems (that may relate to deployment, component wealthness, API calls, configuration, hardware infrastructure)
* Finetune the solution, configured data models, to ensure good performances
* Provide client support for Product usage and best practices
* Help client to address data quality and quantity related issues
* Ensure respect of SLA for client production
* Share your insights with internal teams for improving the Product
* Interest :You like to have your hands dirty from system to CI/CD pipelines passing by firewalls and ssh tunnels on multiple environments? Come talk to us.
* Qualities : Great communication and negotiation skills; Autonomy AND Team working ; Creativity, Problem-solving mindset, Proactive, Troubleshooting
* Prior experience : Integration, Implementation or Support Engineer, Ops / DevOps experience (on-premise or in cloud)
* Experience : between 0 and 4 years in tech, finance or consulting
