Poste : Legal and Procurement Trainee - EIT Manufacturing Job Title: Legal and Procurement Trainee Location: Remote (in cities where EITM has its HQ and subsidiaries) Type: Internship (6 months, paid) Department: Legal & Procurement About the Role: We are seeking a Legal and Procurement Trainee for a 6-month paid internship. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students enrolled in Master's (1st or 2nd year) or PhD programs to gain hands-on experience in legal and procurement functions within a high-paced, professional setting. The internship will involve signing an applicable agreement with the educational institution, specific to the legal requirements of the country where the student is based, including countries like France, Germany, Sweden, Greece, Austria, Italy, or Spain. More detailed information on these requirements can be found on our website. Key Responsibilities: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts and agreements. Conduct legal research on relevant topics, particularly in corporate law, contracts, and compliance. Support the Procurement Team in supplier management, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and sourcing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in legal and procurement databases. Ensure compliance with internal policies by liaising with various departments. Help prepare reports, presentations, and risk assessments for both legal and procurement activities. Participate in the improvement of procurement policies and processes. Contribute to other ad-hoc projects within the Legal and Procurement teams as required. Send us your application now! Profil : Key Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Master's (1st or 2nd year) program or PhD at a recognized educational institution. Ability to provide the applicable internship agreement (convention de stage, or equivalent) between the student, educational institution, and EITM, based on the legal requirements of the student's country of residence. Strong interest in legal matters, particularly in corporate and contract law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Please note that English is the sole working language at EIT Manufacturing). Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong research and analytical skills. Familiarity with contract law and procurement processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where they are in.
