Our software streamlines, simplifies and accelerates non-realistic production workflows, dramatically cutting costs for stylized content in animation, film, game cinematics, advertising and more. Mago is currently seeking a talented and versatile Founder's Associate intern to join our dynamic team in Paris. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and contribute to various aspects of our fast-growing startup, including operations, product development, and marketing. Role : Full-Time Internship (6 months) Location : Paris, France (Hybrid) Level : Junior Vos missions ️ What You'll Do Operations: Optimize internal processes and handle logistical needs Support the team in day-to-day operations Help implement and maintain project management tools and practices Contribute to the development of internal documentation and guidelines Product: Conduct research on market trends and analyze competitors Create and maintain benchmarks for our video stylization platform Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback Contribute to the development of user guides and product documentation Marketing: Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies to boost brand presence Help monitor and report on marketing metrics Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers) Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns Help manage relationships with influencers and partners Contribute to email marketing efforts and newsletter creation Vos compétences What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus) Proficiency in Google Workspace Some ability in graphic design or content creation (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools) Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) Strong interest in AI, video technology, and the creative industries Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative Bonus Qualifications Experience with project management tools (Miro, Linear, Notion) Experience with data analysis and visualization tools Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts Experience in the film, animation, or game industry Avantages What We Offer Hands-on experience in a cutting-edge AI startup Mentorship from experienced industry professionals Exposure to various aspects of running a tech startup Opportunity to contribute to revolutionary video stylization technology Hybrid work model based in our Paris headquarters Networking opportunities within the AI and creative tech industries Potential for future employment opportunities based on performance Collaboration with a diverse, international team Why Join Us?
