Pernod Ricard recrute son.sa futur.e stagiaire Chef de Projet Reporting/Data RH (H/F) pour 6 mois de mars à août 2025. Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8). Au sein du département RH Groupe, rejoignez notre équipe « Transformation RH » et participez à l’accompagnement de nos différentes filiales, réparties dans le monde entier, dans la transformation de la fonction RH via des harmonisations de process et de la simplification pour favoriser l’innovation.Vos missions clés ? Vous participerez du planning projet portant sur la mise en œuvre du reporting social pour le groupe Pernod Ricard.Vous préparerez les supports de formation et mettrez à jour la documentation (glossaire, guides utilisateurs, calendrier, etc.) à destination des contributeurs locaux.Vous assisterez à la configuration et au testing de la plateforme de recueil des données, en relation avec le prestataire dédié.Vous suivrez les accès/rôles dans l’application et apporterez un support utilisateur (système de ticket dédié).Vous suivrez la qualité et la cohérence des données tout au long du processus :Vous effectuerez des extractions régulières et contrôlerez la cohérence des données soumises.Vous analyserez et investiguerez les variations significatives avec les équipes locales et/ou régionales.Vous validerez la pertinence et l’exactitude des données.Vous réaliserez et vérifierez les calculs finaux des indicateurs cibles.Vous produirez les rapports et livrables adossés au reporting social du groupe Pernod Ricard.Vous contribuerez aux initiatives de Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) en fournissant un soutien dédié pour garantir la conformité et promouvoir des pratiques durables au sein de l'organisation : révision de la définition et des KPI, mise à jour de la documentation, gestion de la communication et des outils informatiques, et plan de changement pendant la phase de transition.Vous améliorerez continuellement les outils et process utilisés dans le cadre du reporting RH.Vous soutiendrez la réalisation et le suivi de campagnes de data quality.Vous apporterez un support ponctuel sur les projets de l’équipe HR Transformation.Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description ci-dessous, n’hésitez pas à postuler !Vous êtes de formation supérieure en RH ou SIRH, à la recherche d’un stage de césure ou de fin d’études.Vous êtes autonome, curieux, constructif, pragmatique, avec une excellente communication écrite et orale et un sens du service.Vous avez une forte rigueur et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.Vous avez un goût pour les chiffres et aimez travailler sur des sujets diversifiés (RH, Finance)Vous avez un niveau d’anglais élevé (oral & écrit).Attention, pour candidater vous devez pouvoir réaliser 6 mois de stage et disposer d'une convention délivrée par votre école/université. Pernod Ricard is looking for a HR Data Reporting Project Manager for 6 months from March to August 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).Within the Group HR department, join our "HR Transformation" team and participate in supporting our various subsidiaries, spread across the world, in transforming the HR function through process harmonization and simplification to promote innovation.Your key missions:You will participate in the deployment of the project plan for the social reporting for the Pernod Ricard group.You will prepare training materials & update documentation (Glossary, user guides, calendar, etc.) for local contributors.You will assist in configuring and testing the data collection platform, in coordination with the dedicated service provider.You will monitor access/roles in the application and provide user support (dedicated ticketing system).You will ensure the quality and consistency of the data throughout the process:You will perform regular extractions and verification of the consistency of the submitted data.You will analyze and investigate significant variations with local and/or regional teams.You will validate the relevance and accuracy of the reported data.You will carry out and verify the final calculations of the target indicators.You will produce reports and deliverables related to the social reporting of the Pernod Ricard group.You will contribute to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) initiatives by providing dedicated support to ensure compliance and promote sustainable practices within the organization: definition & KPI's review, documentation update & communication & IT tool management & change plan during the transition phase.You will continuously improve the tools and processes used for HR reporting.You will support the implementation and monitoring of data quality campaigns.You will provide occasional support on projects for the HR Transformation team.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!
