Contract Type : 6-months contract - to be extended


The Talent Acquisition team's mission is to attract, engage, and secure the right talent, fostering sustainable business growth by building a strong talent pipeline across the cluster (France, Belgium, Netherlands).

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless Mars experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers. You will support the coordination and execution of the talent acquisition process across various segments (both internal and external). Your responsibilities will include managing contract administration, interview scheduling, preparing reports, and facilitating the pre-boarding process for new Mars Associates.

  • You have some experience in HR administration, whether through a first job, apprenticeship, or internship.

  • You are detail-oriented and take pride in accurate and disciplined execution.

  • You're interested in continuous improvement and how we can always improve

  • You have a strong customer-centric mindset and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus, but what truly sets you apart is your eagerness and ability to quickly learn new ATS & HR systems.

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English . Dutch would be an asset.



  • What will be your key responsibilities?

    Talent Acquisition Administration

  • Administer efficient contract processes, converting offer letters into employment contracts.

  • Manage all pre-boarding activities for internal and external candidates after offer acceptance, ensuring legal compliance with contracts and documentation.

  • Talent Acquisition Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for the MyP&O Transaction Center (HR Administration) in managing pre-boarding activities, including domestic relocation and talent mobility.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to track recruitment requests and support interview scheduling and coordination.

  • Assist international new joiners with legal documentation requests. Continuously improve processes and optimize the candidate experience with a customer-centric approach.
