Ton impact :
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe PMO, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
* Collecter et analyser les données nécessaires à la production de reportings ESG conformes aux exigences de la directive CSRD.
* Coordonner avec les différents départements pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données collectées.
* Participer à la planification, au déploiement et au suivi des projets liés à la durabilité.
* Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des principaux KPIs ESG et financiers.
* Proposer des actions correctives ou des pistes d'amélioration basées sur l'analyse des données et tendances observées.
* Animer des sessions de sensibilisation aux enjeux ESG auprès des équipes internes.
* Participer aux réunions projets et produire des synthèses d’avancement.
Your impact:
Reporting to the PMO team, you will be involved in the following missions:
* Collect and analyze ESG data to support reporting under CSRD requirements.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure the quality and reliability of ESG data.
* Assist in the planning, deployment, and monitoring of sustainability-driven projects.
* Track and analyze key ESG and financial KPIs, ensuring regular reporting to management.
* Identify trends and propose corrective actions or improvements.
* Deliver ESG awareness sessions and training to internal teams.
* Participate in project meetings and summarize progress and next steps.
Profil recherché

FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE
* Étudiant(e) en dernière année de Master avec spécialisation en Finance, ESG ou domaine connexe.
COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES
* Connaissance des principaux cadres et normes ESG (atout).
* Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des outils bureautiques avancés.
* Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
COMPÉTENCES COMPORTEMENTALES
* Forte capacité d'organisation et de rigueur.
* Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel.
* Sens du travail en équipe, excellente communication interpersonnelle.
Your assets:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Final-year Master’s student specializing in Finance, ESG, or a related field.
* 1 to 3 years' experience (internships, work-study programs) in sustainability, ESG, or project management environments.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Good knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (a strong asset).
* Proficient in project management tools and advanced office software.
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
* Initiative-driven, autonomous, and able to operate in multicultural environments.
