Pullman Budapest, 5-STAR hotel with 136 rooms, is looking for its GENERAL MANAGER.
•Successful management of a five-star hotel, operated under Pullman brand via Hotel Management Agreement
•Organize, manage and supervise all the duties of the departments in line with operation policies, brand and quality standards
•Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals
•Strengthen the hotel’s position on the market, focusing on topline development
•Development and reposition the Restaurant & Bar concept toward the city trend
P&L management
•At least 5 years’ experience in Hotel General Manager position
•Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury experience on managerial position
•Strong operational background
•Fluent in English
•Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
•Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
•High level of leadership skills, business & people orientation, autonomy and strong decision-making skills
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, team management
•Service and quality minded character
•Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships
