Mission
Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a fantastic company who are pioneering the future of non-invasive healthcare. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work with state-of-the-art technology, collaborate with a talented and passionate team, and develop expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support. The Field Service Engineer’s Role:
Equipment repair, maintenance and calibration
Supporting clients’ needs
Customer training and process support
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Experience Required for the Field Service Engineer:
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
A good educational background
Knowledge of software and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Please note: This role is an on-the-road position, any applicants must be able to travel
