GO Finance division operates in 13 countries, 14 legal entities. There are circa 250 people working for GO Finance.
Since more than 2 years, AXA GO Finance is going through a massive Finance Transformation. As an example, three new tools are live since April 2024:
Finance Transformation departments missions are to:
§Support Finance Departments in their process improvements.
§Steer Finance community through harmonization, simplification, and modernization of tools & processes towards a lean organization while improving the quality of data.
§Ensure roles & responsibilities are well defined across finance division.
§Facilitate communication between Finance and IT for projects impacting finance tools or data.
§Be the entry point inside AXA GO for any transformation topic.
§Take the lead on ad hoc Finance projects leading to improve finance department efficiency.

As part of the Finance Transformation team, Finance Transformation Officer reports to the Head of Finance Transformation and must:

English: fluent mandatory – 50% of the meetings & written communication are in english.
French: fluent mandatory – 50% of the meetings & written communication are in French.

Experience in Finance is a must.
Experience in Change Management and Transformation.
